Neverrrr! my blackberry is my life! It is with me 24/7..never ever without it! My parents are alwaysss telling me to put it away and pay attention to what im supposed to be doing! Even when im with friends or my boyfriend I always get bugged for being on my phone! Im trying to get better at not being SO obsessed with my phone..but its not going too well! If i ever leave my phone at home, i rush back home immidiately to get it. Cell phones were the best and worst thing to ever happen to us! They keep us all connected and in communication with eachother, but we’re so distracted from real life when were on our phones.

SARDINES! They benifit your brain and your heart! Its the best source of omega-3-fats! They have little toxins in them compared to other larger fish! I personally think sardines taste soo gross, but i know how healthy they are for you! my mom never stops telling me about the amazing omega-3-fats!

I think  the least influential person in 2010 was Bill Clinton. I heard nothing of him in the news at all! all you ever hear is about his wife Hillary Clinton. Personally i think Bill has kind of seen better days, no one really hears or cares anymore!I obviously we’ve all seen better influences

I think Lady Gaga has been SOO influential in 2010! if you look at how many people know the name Lady GaGa..everyone!! Her outrageous outfits and performances gets her the attention she wants! She has started such a trend in being able to express yourself in what you wear, and to be free! Her music alone is so outrageous..but sooo catchy! Id say that basically everyone knows who Lady GaGa is and they would agree that she is one of the most influential people in the year 2010

When you’re younger you need sleep to grow and function daily..but youre still growing so sleep is important! Us as teens can fall asleep very easily! When you get older your sleep is interrupted more, wheter it be a joint pain or your medical condition. Since disturbed sleep is common in the elderly, it can be difficult to distinguish between a normal aging process and a disease state..so this means that they will need to go to the doctors regularly to make sure they’re still okay! Sleep apnea also occurs when you get older, this is breathing problems that affect 1 in 4 people over the age of 60. So basically get as much sleep as you can now..you’ll have a lot of trouble falling asleep when youre older!

All these affect your health drastically! Smoking will lead to all kinds of cancer, bad teeth, bad breath..etc etc! i think drinking in moderation is fine, but when you drink wayy past your limit too often..you will have some major problems! Sleep is SO important, it keeps you functioning and keeps you going through out the day! fruits and veggies are good for your health, and will keep you living longer and stronger

The most important one in my opinion is knowing what the company does. If you show up and you have zero idea what goes on..obviously they will not be impressed! Do your reaserch before you go, make sure you can answer questions if they ask you!!

Personally…octomom is nuts! I watched the episode when oprah had her on the show. Watching this woman run from room to room to try and help her 14 children is insanity! She even admitted that she had all these kids because she felt alone, and needed the void to be filled. So basically she had these kids for the wrong reasons! It is absiloutly unrealistic to have 14 kids…ESPECIALLY if you are a single parent! i mean..what was this woman thinking! It is unfair to these kids! they will never get enough love..or attention given to them..its is just impossible!

The place i’d least like to visit is obviously Al’Aziziyah, Libya, North Africa!I cannot imagine going somewhere that could get up to 58 degrees!!! You would burn to crisp before even stepping foot outside! I would never want to go there, you would burn way too fast, and just be hot and sweaty the entire time!
